Environment is very difficult because we ordered through the drive-through. The representative was called sir out of respect and kindness. Unfortunately, it became an issue with the person taking the order over the speaker and they disrespectfully told us so that they were a woman. Even though they were not. Didn’t appreciate the sarcasm from the other side of the screen when ordering. Was upset when we ordered and said yes sir and thank you sir. Made it clear that trans people are women and we should just know aight unseen. Should not be so rude as we did not know until the window. We were being polite. Won’t bee back as we received rudeness and had things stated to us in a way that was not respectful. Food was cold and we just choose to let it go at this point. It was 70 worth of family meals.
