I want to start with I usually love canes. I’ve been here countless times and never had an issue before but the last few times I’ve had issues with my order. This most recent order I opened my box and I kid you not there were 5 fries in there and my toast was ripped in half like someone had already eaten it lol. And I paid for extra sauce and they left it out so I paid for nothing thanks. The food was good for fast food chicken. The lobby was quite dirty and there were no clean table to eat at. I let an employee know and he handed me some wet wipes so that I could clean the table myself....
Very bad service I ordered my food and I was 25 minutes waiting for my order and all the people who arrived after I dispatched it very quickly and to me nothing I told them to return my money that I no longer wanted my food and they did not want to give it to me I told them to return it to me in cash and they had me standing there for 30 minutes without any explanation it is the baddest place I have come to eat I tell you so that it does not happen to anyone thank you very much
