Can't say enough good things about Raising Canes. I haven't had a bad experience any of the many many times my family and I have gone; though if youre looking for a quietplace to eat, you might want to reconsider Canes; as the employees yell out customer names and theres always a ton of highschool kids in there but, for us it added to the fun of the experience. Great fried chicken for eating at home
Pulled up to the drive through and there was a person standing with a tablet taking orders. When I pull up to him he just stares at me without saying anything. I go ahead and tell him my order and he tells me you pay at the first window. There’s no one at the first window.. I get to the second window, pay and then the worker forgets to give me my card back that I paid with. I ask her if I can have my card back and am met with an attitude. There were also missing items in my order. It wasn’t busy. What is going on here?
