After getting my daughter a combo on two different occasions from the drive thru and ordering an extra sauce and paying for it only to find out the sauce wasn't there. The second time I even asked if the extra sauce was in there and was told it was. Come to find out, it was not. 10 years ago, when an extra sauce wasn't 50 cents extra I wouldn't care, but when you ask for, pay for, then get confirmation the extra sauce is there and it isn't, you get a little tired of the results.
