The app asks you to share your location so your food stays warm, and I showed up only 30 minutes after ordering and still got cold fries and soggy chicken tenders. Pretty disappointing.
After months of hearing about the Raising Cane’s hype, my spouse and I decided to try it for lunch. We went through the drive-thru, where the staff were friendly and the service was fast. However, we were disappointed to find that the hype is just that. The chicken by itself had no flavor, and even with the Cane’s sauce, it was just okay. The fries and toast were your typical fast food quality, and the coleslaw was comparable to that of KFC. We agreed that we will not be eating here again, especially for the price.
Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. But the drinks, man... If you get a Dr. Pepper, it tastes like its mixed in with Fanta. It's been pretty consistent like that for over a year now. All of the drinks either seem to mix together or taste significantly watered down. And that's the case whether you go through the drive through or when you dispense it yourself dining in.
