It was very crowded when I came and everyone was on task and organized. A kid threw up all over one of the tables and I am terrified of vomit and they stayed calm and cleaned it without missing a beat. Professional given the circumstances.
The first time I came here I was disappointed, but I thought I’d try it again. There’s been so much hype about this place, people keep ranting about the sauce and chicken, and honestly, it’s mediocre at best. The soda tasted like they never put in the actual syrup, basically a la croix. The sauce is nearly flavorless to me. They forgot pieces of our order, though they seemed very busy so I’m sure they’re overworked and tired. The chicken tasted off, not fresh. An elderly lady who wasn't even serving me yelled "you can't have refills". I wasn't asking for one. Two stars because I did like their fry sauce.
