You know those old movies where they order and immediately get handed their order without sitting down or standing around? Just happened to me here. I order and he turns to get my lemonade before I sit down, instead hands me a fresh piping hot box combo no slaw extra toast and a lemonade. Money probably hadn’t even cleared my bank account yet. Stellar service over here, place is legit.
The restaurant smelled inside of oil and feet. The chicken was greasy and they really skimped on the fries. I provided feedback on the website but nobody called me. The only positive thing was the kid who cashed me out he was full of energy.
The whole staff is unprofessional. A staff full of young adults Standing around talking and laughing instead of tending to the store. Dirty Restrooms and horrible food. I've been to other locations and the food was good. Not at this location. It was terrible. Instead of standing around and chit-chatting go and check and see if the bathrooms need to be cleaned and wipe off the tables if they need to be cleaned. Where do I begin? Young adults that behaved just like children to start. Food gets 0 stars. It needs seasoning and to be fresh and hot for everyone. I get it a lot of young people work fast food as so did I when I was 15. But it was literally like a circus. If the MOD was present he or she was not good at running the team.
