The experience is generally fine; however, tonight’s visit was disappointing. I explained my order twice at the drive-through, yet it was still prepared incorrectly. While I understand mistakes can happen, the chicken was also undercooked. I went inside to request that my order be remade. The employee at the counter was polite and willing to correct the issue. I usually don't complain but when you oay almost $13 for a box combo and they give you like 20 fries I think it's a little ridiculous i feel like wasted my money and time coming here
