i ordered a caniac combo, naked, with no toast. I received this counting as an entire tender somehow??? and originally it had toast and no slaw, when i ordered no toast and wanted the slaw. i felt half listened to and half not. this location needs to work on listening skills and putting together orders because he repeated my order back to me correctly, but when i received it, it was incorrect in several ways. also didn’t receive the extra 3 sauces i paid for.

Raisin’ Cane’s never disappoints. The chicken is always fresh, hot, and perfectly crispy, and the Cane’s sauce is honestly unbeatable. I also love how simple the menu is—it makes ordering quick and easy, and everything they serve is consistently great. The staff is always friendly, and the whole place just has a fun, upbeat vibe. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I want something reliable and really satisfying.
The food is good, but they messed up my order. I specifically ordered and paid for a side of Coleslaw and Cane's Sauce separately. When I got home, I found out they missed the coleslaw entirely and just gave me two sauces instead. It’s a small amount but very disappointing since I paid extra for it. Please be more careful with the individual sides!
