How do y’all forget part of my order and then tell me y’all aren’t able to remake the food. My food was cold and I’m not happy. Y’all are always missing something and this place is too expensive to not care about customers.
Fast service. Great employees. Clean environment
Incredibly rude service. Was cut off multiple times in the order area and then at the window the girl gave an attitude and rolled her eyes, then actually slammed the window after I asked her to repeat our order please without the attitude. 30 seconds of interaction and they are unbelievably unpleasant. This is not the first time either. This canes specifically always has issues with being personable to their customers and it's clear management does not care.
worst service i've ever experienced, probably the rudest canes i've ever been to and it's EVERY time i've gone. They give attitudes for no reason and will even roll their eyes and slam the glass. never experienced such rude and likely racist behavior.
