Never had such bad service at a Canes. Ordered combo and two ICED teas. Iced being the operative word. The cashier handed me two large teas with literally 3 nuggets of ice. I stated I asked for Iced Tea. She stated, "we'll it melted" I was confused as to her answer as I didn't think that was something that should be stated and not fixed before handing me two drinks with "melted" ice. I also asked for sweetener and was given one pack for two large teas. I've been to a lot of Canes and have never been disappointed until today.
