This service at this location is always a bit off but today we had a super unprofessional person take our order, was bad mouthing the people working inside. We asked her and the girl working inside the restaurant IF they gave us the extra sauce we asked for, of course they said yes, of course they didn’t actually put in with my order. There isn’t another canes within a reasonable distance so it would really be nice if this location would get it together… especially since it’s never that busy
Overall Canes was great. Just upset I paid for 2 extra toast & didn’t get them.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Raising Cane’s location on Northern & 91st Ave. My daughter picked up food for me while I was waiting for a tow truck, and the entire order was a mess. The chicken was completely undercooked — not just a little off, but unsafe to eat. Instead of the extra fries I requested, they gave me extra toast, and they also failed to include the extra Cane’s sauce I paid for.
