Update: After reaching out to customer service, I was contacted by the local Cane’s, who apologized for the inconvenience, providing a level of service I had not encountered before, clearly valuing their customers, thank you! I order the Box Combo (4pcs) and got home with only 2 pieces of chicken. Tried calling several times and no one answers the phone. Double check your orders before leaving. Last time they didn’t even put the Cane’s sauce.
They made it a big deal to give me my order through drive thru. On top of that upon checking my order it was completely wrong.
