Its weird because I really love canes but the girl that took our order was more focused on talking to this group of boys that were shouting and hollering the whole time i was dining in and really made the dining in experience not pleasant. Instead she kept engaging with these boys and not very attentive to customers coming to place their order. Never have had a bad experience up until this point. Nothing wrong with her seeing her friends I just wish she had a professional boundary.
First time customer at any Raising Cane’s restaurant. The food - the chicken tenders are all 100% breast meat, breaded and LIGHTLY fried - not greasy at all. And the RC sauce…… so so so GOOD!!!! Not sure what’s in it, but absolutely love it! Not too thick, not too thin - just right consistency. The Texas toast is delicious - especially dipped in the sauce! The service was exceptional! Giuliana Castillo Martinez provided excellent service. She was professional, friendly, and very attentive to detail. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was handled properly. Her dedication and positive attitude made my experience outstanding. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for great customer service.
Food is standard canes nothing wrong but the service here is abysmal they get orders wrong frequently and you aren't at Publix they have a horrible attitude and customer service skills even for a fast food place
