fries were a bit soggy like oil was not changed often enough.
My grandson tells me their chicken strips and sauce are the best! A 3 for service only because we are shorted 1 strip. The person who handled our issue was great. She was having them make us a whole new Caniac's Combo...until a manager got involved. He literally went in the back and grabbed us 1 strip instead. Fine. That is all we were owed, but he could take a lesson from her about providing great customer service.
