I went to Raising Cane’s today, and the customer service was terrible. No one said “thank you” or “welcome,” and the staff just weren’t friendly or warm at all. My food was super dry, and even though I asked (and paid) for extra sauce, they didn’t give it to me. I had to drive back around, and when I told them, they just stared at me like it was my problem. I tried Raising Cane’s for the first time after being urged by a friend. The Cane’s sauce was the real stand out for sure. The chicken and fries were good, but basic, but were elevated with the peppery sauce. I think the fires could definitely be more seasoned/salted, but they were cooked well. Additionally, the bread that was provided was delicious. Overall, a 4/5 for me!
