Since Cane's arrived in the valley they were by far the best chicken establishment in the area. I have rated them a 5 ++ except for now. Who came up with raising the price and cutting the portions in 1/2? As a corporation, do you really think this will work? It seems that all the recent ratings are trying to tell you something...you either listen or face the ratings your accumulating. Ordered my tenders and fries extra crispy, they gave me COLD tenders and fries that weren’t extra crispy/well done at all like I wouldn’t notice… luckily I check my food. Then they tried to take back the cold food to “throw away” I told them I am keeping it since I had to wait another 10 minutes in the drive thru.. Good customer service would be trying to offer the customer something for their extended wait due to you giving them food that isn’t fresh!! I will atleast keep the cold order and air fry it..
