A representative from Genesight placed a catering order for our office today and he paid for chicken with fries, bread, coleslaw, 25 sauces, and lemonade. We were shorted one pan of chicken, given extra fries, no sauce or ketchup. The order was placed to feed 20 people and it did not. Whoever made the order should have triple checked it. We will not ask for any catering from your restaurant again and we get meals every Thursday in our office. I'm sure they loved the great TIP HE GAVE also....
Came through the drive thru last night I ordered a box combo and 3pc combo asked for my chicken to be well done and fresh and crispy I told the girl that last time I came my chicken was not cooked all the way leaving it a little mushy I specifically told her all this which I know she was not the one who personally cooked the food but now I have food poisoning!!! You guys need to do better and cook the chicken to the correct internal temperature and if a customer requested “well done” chicken then that’s how it should be made... read more
Well let's start with, crispy fries...huh soggy was more accurate, chicken...huh zero weak flavor other than the oil taste. Not to mention both orders were missing coleslaw. Seriously consider just cooking it yourself. Total waste of money and time just like all fast junk anymore. Pathetic!!
