Very good customer service and vibe
I’ve been to Raising Cane’s in Pickerington several times, and every visit has been a great experience. The customer service is consistently outstanding, and the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. One employee who really stands out is Tim. Raising Cane’s is always one of my favorite places to eat because the food is consistently fresh and the service is outstanding. Tim is by far the best employee there—he’s always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and goes out of his way to make every visit a great experience. His positive attitude and excellent customer service are a big reason I keep coming back. If every restaurant had employees like Tim, dining out would be so much better.
Always great chicken! Friendly service. Busy with a large group, but no problem. Need to wash table top more often.
