An employee cursed at me at tried to attack me but the manager held him back. 12:10pm roughly on 9/10/2026 i went through the drive thru. Food wasnt good so i asked for a refund. Apparently the employee took that personally, he would not just give me a refund even though i had all of the food and the reciept. So i asked for the manager. The manager promptly refunds the money. We visited on September 8th at 9 pm. Guy working in the front counter taking orders was beyond phenomenal amazing Customer Service super friendly and made our visit better than normal. Food was also good. I didn’t catch his name but wanted to give him a shout out as he definitely deserved it. whatever he makes, it’s not enough for how good he is to customers. If you by chance, see this, we really appreciate how friendly you were!!
