My last review i posted recently was apparently removed. Had an awful experience here. Ended up waiting for over an hour for my order because someone apparently stole it when they handed it out. We asked about our order after waiting for 30 minutes and the girl said "she would check" 10 minutes go by and nothing. So we ask again, and she takes our receipt and gives it to someone in the back to make. 10 minutes later, the manager finally gives us an order and its not even our order. Is it lovely place
This place has a gnat problem! There were gnats at our table gnats in the bathroom. There has to be gnats in the kitchen. It’s ran by a bunch of kids and you’re standing waiting for Service and there’s a girl in there talking about her arm hurting Ridiculous! No customer service! The floor was dirty and sticky at the table that we were sitting at. They need to work on cleanliness for sure. This is not the normal standard for Raising Cane’s.
Bottom line: Waited for 20 minutes in their drive-thru line. After getting home, we saw what we got: mushy chicken tenders and chicken sandwiches, all of which had an odd peanutbutter-like taste. The tender meal was missing the bread. Skimpy sides of fries all around. Maybe it an off night for Canes, but we're not going back - don't know what the hype is about, unless people like mushy, strange tasting chicken.
