I went with my dad and my brother. The service was spectacular; everyone who helped us was incredibly friendly. The food was delicious and served quickly. They were very attentive to how we were doing; two people came over to ask how everything was, which I loved—it’s the first Cane's I’ve visited that was so attentive to customers and their comfort. Food was great per usual but the service was not. Was getting food for my little brother and he had given me gift cards to use. The lady in the drive-thru told me both cards had no balance, she kept them, and I paid with my card and left. When I arrived home my brother told me he had checked the balance this morning on one card and had never even used the second. Basically we lost 35.00 in gift cards, not a great experience.
