50% of the time, they forget the extra canes sauce that you pay for at the drive thru. I don't know how hard it is to read the screen and add sauce to the box, but apparently 50% of the time they are in capable of performing this task. This has happened so much and even when I call asking for compensation they quite literally do not give a shit.
