went here today.. food was good at first bite. then BOOM! hair in my food, not around with the food chilling, but lodged in under the batter of the chicken. not like flick it off in, but like this hair was "sword in the stone stuck" in the batter.. but my complaint wasn't with that, it was how these people handled it.
