This is NOT a low-income complex. This is one of the most expensive mobile home parks in the area. The lot rent alone is over 600 dollars.
Jamie in the office went above and beyond to explain things thus helping us make an informed decision. She has great interactive skills while maintaining business. This is well done.
Interesting reading all of these comments, ALL OF THE BAD COMMENTS ARE TRUE. From the crazy psycho pool lady- broken promises from staff, harassment, maintenance "requests" Also, scratching my head, wondering ( after reading these comments ) why on earth our rent has gone up $100 every year since we've been here ( I see comments about ever other year increases and $70 increases).
