Second time living here. First time was in 2000 and we enjoyed living here. This time not so pleased. Rent increase $30 every year when it used to be $15. You get plowed in every winter which makes it very hard for older residents to deal with. We have to abide by speed signs when maintenance doesn't. I would move if financially I could.

I lived in Raisin Ridge for 13 years then got sick had to move in with my granddaughter a year later I was able to move out so I came back to Raisin Ridge Martin was manager at the time I came back he rented a home to me with option to buy across the street from where I lived 13 years.
