Wonderful place to live ..
Absolutely the worst place since yes corporation took them over. Lot rent has sky rocketed to almost 650 a month, not counting water for new home buyers
If the owner was actually reading these comments AND cared, they should stop just referring people to contact their relations department and actually do it themselves. But they don't so they won't & nothing g will change EXCEPT the amount of people moving in & the residents staying here! Renting here is what is expected from a trailer park. Your 1yr contract is about the same as house, and they either don't fix the issues on hand or as cheap as possible so that they have to come back and fix the problem again. The ONLY GOOD... read more
