Horrible. Wanted our porch raised, just a little as decline from front door and on porch to sidewalk. They drove piers into our directly onto our sewer line and we ended with sewage backing up in our basement. We had the town use a video camera to diagnose as company denied their involvement. To fix this, they came back a second time, dug huge hole approx. 6 ‘ deep and 6’ wide on outside area of porch in front yard (ruining all plants AND sidewalk again! with little compensation. I had sections of my driveway and sidewalk lifted last week and they were prompt and did a great job of that. My project was a challenge as slabs weren't perfect rectangles/squares. That resulted in them having to saw some larger joints to facilitate the job, which I wasn't expecting and now leaves larger areas for moisture to enter which was the original cause of the problem. With one simple call for an estimate , Raise-Rite responded within a day with photos and a firm price. Following an exchange of emails, the project was scheduled and within a week the work was completed. I was completely satisfied and would strongly recommend Raise-Rite to everyone. Job well done!!!

We had them do a few jobs last year for us, and each one went great. Unfortunately with one of our properties some additional unforeseen settling happened. I called and they came back for warranty work that week with great success. I will use them moving forward.

Worked with Christina at Raise-Rite along with others. From beginning to end this company met my expectations. Realistic about the timing for the estimate and eventually the timing when I awarded them the work. Why? No fluff. I did my research ahead of time and in my communications with Raise-Rite they were very knowledgeable and up front about all aspects of what can be achieved when lifting old concrete. So, here's living proof that Raise Rite's workmanship guarantee works: Had them level my walkway(5 slabs) leading to the front entrance to our 20 yr old home last summer, 2016,.using their polyurethane concrete raising process....and they fully explained the advantages over simple concrete mudjacking. They did not "hard sell" me on the poly, just advised me. Well, in April , 2017, I noticed that 1 slab had settled unevenly over the harsh winter. We had RasieRite come out and raise our patio. The concrete was pitched towards the home and every time it would rain, we would get water in our basement. Once they raised the concrete we no longer had any issues with the water in the basement. The crews were very friendly, very professional, and did a great job!

Raise Rite did an great job mud jacking our driveway. The entire process from beginning to end was so easy. I am not sure why we waiting so long to finally get this work done. I would recommend them.
