I started at raise the bottom about a month ago & I'm super lucky I had Amanda doing my intake. She made sure I did not feel one bit uncomfortable from the moment I walked through the door that morning. Miranda and Cheryl came in when closed to help me guest dose they are the sweetest ever amazing customer service
friendly front desk, nurses who listen, and counselors who actually help you set goals you can stick to. The early weekday hours make it easy to do and still get to work.
Started with the relapse prevention group. Hearing practical tools from people in the same boat made a big difference. The life-skills sessions (things like communication and job-search basics) were actually pretty useful.
