I was treated so wonderful when I went to buy my car. It wasn’t an easy deal I had gotten in on a bad deal on a previously owned car and they got me out of my bad contract and into a beautiful new Nissan rogue they did such a great job.

Car On 12/24/25 we discovered the floor of my back seat was covered in mold, on 12/30 I was able to drop the car off at the dealership. After being there for 3 weeks I was told there was nothing they could do and to come pick up the car, after arguing that they need to find a way to fix it BRETT, a service manager ended up accusing me of just dumping water in the back seat because there WAS a bottle of water found in the car. Buyers, please be careful when purchasing a vehicle here. I came in with my own financing already secured, which I expected might not be their preferred option since dealerships often earn money when customers finance through lenders they work with.
