Very pleasant staff - professional and on-time service
After a less than desirable experience with two KIA dealers, one in Seattle and one north of Seattle, I read the reviews on every Kia dealer north of Tacoma. That led me to Rairdon for a regular scheduled maintenance visit. I was not disappointed. Michelle was professional, courteous and thorough. She is a prime example of why Rairdon gets such solid reviews! Thanks Michelle!
I recently brought my 2025 Kia K4 in for an oil change, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. I absolutely love my Kia, and the team made the visit just as enjoyable as the car itself. I brought my granddaughter with me, and from the moment we walked in, everyone made us feel welcome. The staff was kind, professional, and genuinely friendly.
