I went here to get some repairs on a car i recently bought and i couldn’t be happier with how the whole interaction went!! my service advisor Nasreen was so kind and went above and beyond for me. the whole process was very smooth and they were great at keeping me in the loop about progress and all the details of repairs.
The worst car buying experience ever. All are liars, starting with Francesco (car salesman) to Aaron (sales manager). Can't trust no one. Zero respect to others people time. It's not enough space to write what I had to deal with at this shop.
Update: Dealing with these shady, manipulative fraudsters was a nightmare. At first, Ponce and the team (Aaron and Frank, you're part of this too) seemed eager and responsive, but after the sale, they completely ghosted me. I noticed a rock chip on the windshield right after driving off the lot and brought it back, only for them to try and gaslight me, claiming that’s why I supposedly got the window protection option—total nonsense. My wife & I drove 1.5hrs each way to view, test drive and most likely purchase a higher end vehicle that was actively listed on Rairdons website (& still is at the time of this review) Vehicle was further confirmed to be at the dealership before we left home, only to be flatly told on our arrival 1.5hrs later that the vehicle was not actually there at all and "had been sold previously"....what a load of $%%#. Just bought a car from the folks at fiat of Kirkland and it was a great experience. Dennis the sales person was personable and helpful and both Aaron’s also were great to work with. Hope I can do business with them again and would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing easy and fast car buying experience.
