I came here to get my Fiat 500e inspected for sale and a fix of the headlights. For a start, the service department is closed on the weekends and after 6, which makes it quite difficult to get over here if one works. So, the solution was to drop the car off the night before my scheduled service. Quicker service than expected!
I have been taking my now elderly Fiat 500 to Fiat of Kirkland for maintenance and repair for over 10 years now. The service and staff have been uniformly excellent. At my most recent visit, the service person (Steven) took the time to show me the underside of my car (a new experience) and explain what was wrong. That helped so much.
