Terrific experience. Bought the car that was listed. Very little "haggle" needed as car was fairly priced and exceeded expectations that I had going in. Salesperson John was awesome, very low pressure, very forward with facts an info. Highly recommend dealership - drove to Monroe from Sumner - worth the drive.
The Internet sales manager, John, as well as the general sales manger, Scott, I delt with treated me with very little interest and at times even acted as though they could care less about my business. For starters, an appointment was scheduled to test drive/purchase the car and then once I got there I was handed off because the salesman was with another customer. One response email was sent to me. ZERO attempts were made to answer my questions reguarding the truck I emailed them about 3 times. Won't shop there.

In the end, I decided not to go with this model year, but while I was considering it, the dealership/internet manager was great to work with and not high pressure at all. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them on a vehicle purchase in the future.
From the moment I entered, they were not interested in selling me the Tahoe I had originally came in for. Instead, they were trying to sell me another Tahoe and Denali that was way out of my price range...
They were very helpful over the phone but I bought a car from elsewhere.
The vehicle I as interested in sold the day prior to my inquiry .
