Absolutely horrible customer service!! High pressure pump went out on my truck under recall cool call then up they tell me they have all but one part can be in Tuesday bring your truck in Monday cool. Tell them it has a sweet smell at idle. Get it in there Monday a week goes by and nothing no phone call or email so I call they tell me the part didn’t make it should be here the following week and that the sweet smell is the water pump and thermostat cool do it.
