Great service, super helpful, provided all Service records on the vehicle I was interested in. Overall, great experience buying a vehicle here.
Terrible experience and service all the way around; sales, finance, and parts and service. I won’t be buying from Rairdon again (let alone Rairdon of Monroe), full stop. I’ll be reopening my complaint with the BBB and escalating things up to the AG and Small claims if needed. Not only did they fail to replace the part, they didn’t even have the decency to put all the parts back (see pic). They don’t deserve your money (they already got mine). Take your business to someplace that’s actually respectable.

Randy was great to work with. Gave us a fair price, made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle, and addressed all our questions. Would definitely recommend Rairdon’s Chrysler Jeep of Monroe and Randy specifically.
