I rarely write reviews but this experience warranted one. My wife and I were shopping for a vehicle at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Monroe and the experience was frankly embarrassing on their part. Our salesperson Randy went MIA. When we called back and asked to work with someone else, we were connected with Vincent — and refused. I would give zero stars if I could. Our experience with Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Monroe was one of the most frustrating and disrespectful car buying experiences I’ve ever had.
