I got my first car pretty smoothly from here, and I’m really happy with the whole experience. A special thank you to Ponce — he was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything step by step, which really put me at ease as a first-time buyer. With his help, I was able to drive home my Alfa Romeo without any stress. The process felt transparent and well-handled, and I truly appreciate the effort he put into making it such a positive experience.
I only asked for 1k off an 83k purchase. as part of the deal, I asked them to also send me an alfa keychain when they send me the license. since I can't really enforce this oral agreement, predictably, they went silent when I asked about this 10 days after I got my license.
