It is not polite to hang up when the customer still has questions, saying “thank you”. For PARTS department
I experienced several issues during my recent visit to the service center. I dropped my car off and I was told to come back later that day when I received a call. I arrived 10 minutes prior to closing, I did not receive a callback that my service was completed. They performed an oil change that was completely unnecessary because it was recently done.
