Bought my car. Traded in my old car and paid five thousand down. When the final deal was presented, the car was exactly the same price as listed. There were five service contracts added of which I was unaware. In attempting to find someone who could change this, I have been on a week-long, stressful *********** to solve it. There is no one to talk to. This really spoiled the joy of having a brand new car. The issue is still not finished seven days after the purchase. Very poor customer service at this place!
Purchased a car with a 3 year service plan. Brought my car in for a routine 16,000 service in which the service guy at the counter ensured a tire rotation was included. My paperwork said a rotation had happened. It had not. I number my tires and they were in the same place. No one took ownership of the mistake or cared.
