Steven in service is absolutely great!!! After calling almost all my local dealers Steven is the only advisor that gave me a fix for my (RECALL) failing traction control on my 2017 Ram! Even Chrysler said there's no approved fix until I told them that Steven said to replace the traction control computer and then they admitted it works and said they would reimburse me for the repair... THANK YOU STEVEN HICKEY!!! He made me feel like I have a friend that is a service advisor at Rairdon Dodge of Marysville on Smokey Point Blvd!
