I’m a patient out of the Hicksville location and that office has not taken my phone calls for the past four business days. I called this location and spoke with a woman who advised that although they all have the same owner, they do not share appointment calendars nor can she help me with my issue. I’m very unhappy with this business.
How can I say anything I didn't go there yet
I had a very disappointing experience with Raio in Huntington . The office came across as extremely sales-driven for a dental practice. There was a lot of pressure to schedule additional work and meet with other dentists, which made the experience feel less about patient care and more about pushing services. I’m young and have been to plenty of dentists before, but I have never had a dental office come up with so many random things I “should” do or consider. Best dental hygienist ever! I’ve received very good care at this dentist and clear and concise explanation of all examination procedures and treatment plan.
