I had an extremely disappointing experience with Raio Dental Huntington Offices. I was double charged by their locations and spent nearly three months trying to get my money back. When I discovered the duplicate charge, I spoke with the office manager, Stacey, who acknowledged that I had been double charged. I’m gonna make it short and sweet; DO NOT GO TO Raio dental in particular are RAIO dental in general ; they really suck , they don’t know what they doing and don’t have permanent doctors; I think they are rental ; they don’t know the next procedure is ; very disorganized they don’t have a centralized net work they don’t have nothing good it’s a bad system with ok stuff .
I’m a patient out of the Hicksville location and that office has not taken my phone calls for the past four business days. I called this location and spoke with a woman who advised that although they all have the same owner, they do not share appointment calendars nor can she help me with my issue. I’m very unhappy with this business.
