I’ve been going to the Hempstead Office, for quite some time; at first I found it pleasant and personable and interested in my wellbeing, until I decided that I couldn’t afford two sets of dentures and would be obtaining the one’s covered by my insurance, then the atmosphere changed; billing/ management started saying that I to pay a fee for what was 100% covered, as well as speaking to me in a condescending manner; But what really struck my confidence in how I was treated was the finished product was to be delivered prior t... read more
Came here with my husband as new patients. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The dental cleaning was surprisingly pleasant and the doctor was able to explain what she saw in the X-rays that were taken clearly and gave me recommendations. The overall office was bright and clean. The receptionists were kind and personable !
Front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. X-ray tech was very patient and Dr. Bo was very good at explaining what my treatment was going to be.
Dr Bo & jennifer the assistant are very accommodating & made me feel safe because i truly have fears of the dentist. very thorough & for sure made me feel less anxious, they are very clean,friendly,accommodating & just overall great!!!! i would 10-10 recommend this place is amazing !!!! & jennifer the assistant needs a raise she’s so supportive makes me feel much less anxiety & is very good at what she does! 🦷🪥💙
