This is honestly been one of the worst experiences with any type of professional office I’ve ever had in my entire life. The communication is absolutely awful. I have been calling for two weeks straight and left eight voicemails so far no one has reached back to me. I’ve been going to the Hempstead Office, for quite some time; at first I found it pleasant and personable and interested in my wellbeing, until I decided that I couldn’t afford two sets of dentures and would be obtaining the one’s covered by my insurance, then the atmosphere changed; billing/ management started saying that I to pay a fee for what was 100% covered, as well as speaking to me in a condescending manner; But what really struck my confidence in how I was treated was the finished product was to be delivered prior t... read more
