The new owner, Chris, is so wonderfully sweet and knowledgable. Very helpful and passionate about getting you into something solid. He's very detail oriented and generous with his help!
Love the service, they make sure everything is the way it should be, most parts are in stock, but if ordering, it's fast and easy, really love this bike shop, they have saved me so many times, couldn't live without them, thanks for being there for everybody, and keep up the great work

Chris and Blair both know their stuff AND know how to interact with customers. You'll find they are very reasonable, very knowledgeable and very friendly (to even first-timers like me!) I would recommend Rainy Peaks for any person needing a bicycle, repair or advice. AND, I highly recommend that other small business owners take a visit to gain a little customer-service inspiration. These guys are great!
