Same situation as the reviews below. Annual contract, longtime customer, letter from County. This is unacceptable. Went ahead and booked another company for my system blowout. Hope to have future refund.

Have been long time customer of Rainworks. In February 2018 we prepaid in advance for three years of turn on, turn off, and back flow test. We have tried to contact them by phone to close up our system. It goes to voice mail and the mailbox is full. Have tried email, no answer. What exactly is a person to do when a company basically steals their money? This is the first time we have ever been ******* over by any company, not a pleasant experience. This company deserves no stars.

I also paid for a year in advance. It was a huge ordeal to get them to show up. They finally did on the wrong day but whatever. I now got a letter from STL saying they didnt receive my backflow inspection. Rainworks is not answering the phone and the mailbox is full. I sent an email but have not received a response. I guess I now have to pay someone else to come do the job right. Zero stars

I wish I could also file zero stars, but I live in Manchester MO and have been a Rainworks Irrigation customer since 2001 doing normal maintenance, backflow filings, etc. I have also not been able to contact them for any services and have a pre-paid plan for 2020. Can someone please tell me if this company is still in business, and what to do from here?

Have been a customer of Rainworks Irrigation for years and lately, have not been able to reach them either by phone or email. Mailbox is full and no response by email. I have a contract with them to start up, backflow test, and shutdown. Where/who do I turn too now? Has this company shut down? Can not give stars at this time.

Paid for yearly service for 2020 in Jan 2020. They sent a contractor to do the yearly turn on and the backflow inspection. The report was never filed with St Louis County and I have received a letter from the county regarding the delinquent account. This was paid in advance with the yearly contract which this company has not fulfilled. Take only check so no way to get refund when service is not received. Took three months to get system in. Neighbors observed workers coming around nine, doing a lot of sitting around, then they go to lunch and leave by two. This year given appointment to turn on service, no show, no call. Called the company and said they would have owner, Jim, get back with me. Of course, this didn’t happen. Although we've had a scheduled appointment this morning for 2 weeks, no one showed up today nor is Rainworks' phone being answered and no messages are being accepted. We did email and are waitin a reply. We are paid customers. No wonder Rainworks is NOT BBB accredited. We've been customers for 24+ years. We wonder why the change in customer service but there's no one to ask. I would like to leave a NO star rating for this business.

We had system put in and they did excellent job, you cant even tell they were in our yard. Everyone with the company I have been in contact has been very nice. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for sprinkler system
