RAINWATER INS INC - not sure didnt get to the quote part Well each time i called to get a quote some lady answered sounding like she was either tired or irritated and put me on hold, sometimes for 15 min. I have worked in the customer service industry ,and i know that how a person sounds on the phone can perceive that company sometimes in the wrong way. Hope she has a better day!
