The Rainwater team has gained a customer for life. I was struggling to find information to finalize my home water supply pump installation. Thankfully, they went above and beyond, sharing their vast knowledge and experience regarding DAB pumps without hesitation. You guys are the BEST!!!
Talked to Jim about a way to mix rainwater into my irrigation well system with my esybox pump. He said they didn't know how to do it for sure, but if I would buy a pump from them and pay them to install it and experiment with different things they might learn how. He said since I didn't buy my rainwater tank from him I should call whoever I bought it from. So basically all those Utube videos he made are for his customers only.
