I am very sorry that I chose this company. I had been paying premiums for 8 months for my 3 cats. After that, I filed a claim. They started an investigation, asked many questions, and after I said that one of my cats had diarrhea a few months ago, they decided that at that time he had parasites. They diagnosed him themselves based only on my words and refused to pay, claiming that the disease occurred during the waiting period. I do not recommend this company at all.

Don't get this pet plan, they take your money and run. Not a very reliable firm at all!!!!

They covered what I expected. And 12 days later I received my coverage as they say. Although in the brochure it said 48 hours lol. But I was pleased with the progress and outcome. Best price among insurance also. Highly recommend.

I was also automatically signed up when I adopted a cat. I kept it figuring it was a kitte let me try it for a year. The kitten had testing to determine the cause of its cough. It was determine to be due to a bacterial infection. The claim was denied saying it was a preexisting condition. The cat did not have a cough the first 4 months I owned it and the policy started the day I adopted the kitten. It definitely was not a preexisting condition.
