After an upsetting interaction with a staff member, I waited over a month to speak with management, only to be met with excuses, defensiveness and even laughter when I asked for a sincere apology. All I wanted was for someone to acknowledge what happened, apologize and reassure me that staff would receive proper training so this wouldn't happen to anyone else.
