I wouldn't put in any stars if I could. I was told that they have apartments available and posted them online. The lady said apply and paid the application fee. We have paid 110 now out of 110 and just have to be on a waiting list. By the time we find something else, we won't be interested in it anymore. They have all of these people pay a fee just to be on a list to keep their money and wait for one to become available. Tammy the property manager is amazing!
It take months to get anything fixed. Had a broken refrigerator for nearly a year, even calling and emailing so no good. Finally got another, used from a different apartment. Funny how the initial inspection list with everything we marked as broken, missing, or wrong is now blank since we've moved out and were waiting on our deposit. No deposit back because they deducted anything and everything including what we noted initially...
