Visited family
Shabby but affordable townhouses built in the 1960s for rent. Quiet neighborhood, but no amenities. Different perks to different sets of units, like backyard space or garages. Most units have two living spaces which is nice, and reserved parking. Maintenance usually takes care of issues quickly but not a lot of cosmetic maintenance is done regularly. Landscapers mow once a week and trash picks up at the curb. Overall I like living here and have few issues.
We rented here for approx. 3 years (both a 2 and 3 bedroom). Liked how quiet the area was, the fact that the neighbors were friendly, and the entire team was awesome. From the Manager down to the Service technicians, everyone we dealt with made us feel appreciated as a renter. Only left as we purchased a home. Highly recommend this set of duplexs.
My Grandmother lived there for over 35 years and it is still the happiest place in my mind. Everyone is amazing here.
