I am so glad I found them. moving to Ocean Shorez in July 2018, I was worried about changing vets. They are the nicest people snd we love Dr Brown.
I cant say enough about the wonderful people At Raintree. Dr. Dan is the kindest, smartest vet I have ever known. The staff is so kind also. We feel like family!
This is the second time dr Dan has saved diesel. This time was more scary, his tummy had twisted and luckily I got him in there literally as soon as it happened. But he and his crew pulled off the miracle he just got done with surgery at 5pm yesterday and he just woke up full force a little after 3am I hope that means we’re in the clear but I know we have a long road to recovery! The staff at Raintree are amazing! My poor 2 year old pup had a traumatic emergency and the staff at the facility took my little girl in right away! They made me feel so comfortable and were very compassionate. They provided me with multiple updates while I waited in their clean and cozy waiting room. The doctor was extremely friendly and took the time explain every detail about the care of my dog. Dr. Brown is a wonderful veterinarian. Getting required prescription refill authorization is a major hassle. Not only did the receptionist lie numerous times to me, she also blatantly lied to the pharmacist.
Love Raintree! Dr. Brown and the staff are amazing. My dog loves going there.
