I have lived in the community for nearly 5 years and have seen it under 2 managers. I have to say that Liz is a definite improvement from Kelly, and Liz is a genuinely lovely person. However, maintenance is beyond reproach. I have not had hot waiter in the only bathtub in my 2 BR/2.5 bath townhome the ENTIRE time I've lived here. Rent continues to increase and yet, I've never received what I've paid for, now almost $4000 a month, I have documented the last 2.5 years of issues. Genuinely a stunning place. Views are amazing, and so is neighborhood safety. The 2 stars is for management and the way things are ran. When I first toured, I wanted to move in a full month after touring. They said they couldn’t hold it for that long, I said ok- I’ll move in when you guys say I need to. So I did. When I moved in, absolutely NOTHING worked. No washer and dryer, no ice machine or water on the fridge, and NO AC. The weekend that they made me move in, was a heatwave. Can I say how amazing Liz, our building manager is?!?! Fantastic leadership and so kind and caring to oversee all that goes on in this building. I wrote a not so nice review previously regarding service issues, and she swiftly came to the rescue to rectify it in the most helpful manner. I am so impressed with how quickly she was able to smooth over the wrinkles that were caused by a previous situation to make our living experience continue to be a 5 star experience! I just moved here and, by no fault of the owners or super, there were a few hiccups. I'm so grateful that the manager, Liz was there to help out. She and the staff were so kind, and quick as humanly possible to resolve any and all issues I had. They made the transition WAY smoother than my previous home's staff. The property is GORGEOUS. A little slice of tranquility away from the busy streets of Burbank. I'm in love with my townhome here and I can't see myself moving away anytime soon. 5 stars!
