Genuinely a stunning place. Views are amazing, and so is neighborhood safety. The 2 stars is for management and the way things are ran. When I first toured, I wanted to move in a full month after touring. They said they couldn’t hold it for that long, I said ok- I’ll move in when you guys say I need to. So I did. When I moved in, absolutely NOTHING worked. No washer and dryer, no ice machine or water on the fridge, and NO AC. The weekend that they made me move in, was a heatwave. Unreliable partner.
Have lived here for going on 4 years now. I love it here. It’s a quiet, calm & clean community. Conveniently located close to the park and downtown. Management is great. They are always quick to respond and handle any issues.
I have lived in the community for nearly 5 years and have seen it under 2 managers. I have to say that Liz is a definite improvement from Kelly, and Liz is a genuinely lovely person. However, maintenance is beyond reproach. I have not had hot waiter in the only bathtub in my 2 BR/2.5 bath townhome the ENTIRE time I've lived here. Rent continues to increase and yet, I've never received what I've paid for, now almost $4000 a month, I have documented the last 2.5 years of issues.
