They were busy.. I scheduled the install, asked for someone to visit in person and talk to me. Was told someone would call to arrange a meet. 4 weeks later, thought I was forgotten, called again, coming next tuesday. Ok, have someone come out to see me so I can explain what I need. Heard nothing. Came home one night to nicely installed gutters, but some downspouts were missing, just dumping the water at the foundation. I immediately paid the bill then called. Raintree does really amazing work at affordable pricing. They were, prompt, professional, responsive, and did a very thourough job of clean up. They were vey helpful with giving us color options as well.

Horrible company to work with. I had to initiate the entire process. He never called me back to give me a time to come out. He was a week late to get started on my garage. Never heard a word from him until again, I had to make the call. Suppposed to be a 2-3 day job, it took 9 days. When I called Steve to tell him I was a bit frustrated with the whole project he became very deffensive. To the point that the phone conversation got very heated.Just very, very unprofessional.
