Awesome docs BUT..... I love the facility and the doctors and staff, but it sucks when I need to make a call. They don't take voicemails and waiting time mostly is more than half an hour... Sometimes even more... I mean really people why u just don't understand that being a parent of a sick child can already be frustrating and then this new system of urs makes it even more frustrating. Atleast let us leave a voicemail message.

Love the doctors, the nurses, and the office staff.
So disappointed. I had 2 appts for kids for an hour total. Called to say I'd be a few minutes late. Was told as long as we were no more than 10 minutes, we could be seen. Got there and checked in exactly 10 min late (confirmed by the front desk). Still refused to see one of our kids. We have NEVER been late (yet they are frequently) and were told we'd still be seen if no more than 10 minutes late, which they did not honor. Won't be back. Looking for new pediatrician.
Dr. Gladstone has been our pediatrician for four years. We absolutely love her and a the staff there. We definitely recommend Raintree and LSP group to all our friends
We love Dr. Henschel! She is always sweet and welcoming. Our well check visits have been very informative. She lets us know how everything is looking, but also gives us a few "heads up" of milestones to watch for in the coming months. The entire staff has always been very friendly. We also see Angie and love her just as much! Very thorough and kind. At our last well check she covered every question I had before I even needed to ask. I feel 100% comfortable that my boys are in excellent hands with Raintree Pediatrics!
