Best in the business! Dr. Cook has been my son's doctor since he was born 5 weeks premature 5 1/2 years ago. He took such great care of my family while my son was in the hospital. We hadn't chosen a pediatrician yet and Dr. Cook just happened to be on call. We were so lucky. I firmly believe that Dr. Cook is the best pediatrician in the area. Stay Away from this Group After a long process of weeding out docs I selected Dr. Cook as the Ped for my first child. Horrible decision - He seems to be highly intelligent; but has not 'bedside' manner with kids and tends to approach visits more as a clinician than a 'care provider' - And his professional staff left me highly concerned - I had to question the dosage on an RX to which I received a response - "So glad you caught that, yes, that's definitely nor right' urgh!! Outstanding doctors and staff We have been patients at this office for four years. Both my kids love Ms. Amber and Dr. Cook. The staff is great and always work with me to schedule appointments and fit us in. On several occasions, when my kids have been very sick, Ms. Amber has called personally to check on them (instead of one of the nurses). I highly recommend this office.

Raintree Pediatrics - Yuri Cook & Staff Dr Cook and his staff are professional. The office layout is fun for children with paintings on the walls. Dr. Cook attended medical school at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He graduated from the Texas Children's Hospital Residency program in 1998 and practiced in Longview, Texas for 2 years before relocating to Allen in 2000. Wonderful! I have been taking my two children to Raintree Pediatrics since the office opened up in 2005! The front office is always warm and friendly and the nurses are working soo hard to make your wait as short as possible. The doctors are out of this world! Dr. Cook gets straight to the point and wants to keep the parents involved in the care for their children and takes their wishes to heart. Dr. Smith and Sabrina takes just as much time as you could possibly want and will answer ALL of your questions. Amber is excellent... read more

Awful office! Long waits and rude staff. I used to take my children to this office until I finally gave in and switched. When you go there you wait FOREVER in the waiting room. Then they put you in an exam room to wait for even longer. Dr. Cook is smart but he talks to me ABOUT my kids instead of talking to the kids. I love Dr. Smith it is too bad she works there.
