Where do I start smh. So from day one of moving into apartment, I noticed no maintenance had been done other than the apartment being painted and barely cleaned just to get it move in ready. Maintenance is non-existent. I have put in workorders for maintenance months ago an they still haven't fixed anything. Ac leaks water (inside apartment), runs all day, really doesn't shut off on auto set at 73, doesn't get the cold. Window needs installation around it. Paint peeling because of moisture getting in. Lived here 6yrs and the last year was over ran with cockroaches. When we moved we had to throw away all of our furniture. I mean there were hundreds of bugs. They wouldn't put spray notices on my door but would others and I have video of that due to my doorbell camera. When I would tell them we needed it sprayed they would say they're sending someone and wouldn't. When they would spray they only sprayed the kitchen and bathroom.
