Upon having maintenance enter my apartment twice while I was sleeping I went to my apartment manager to see what was up. She let me know that a work order acts as permission to enter your apartment only AFTER immediately reacting immaturely and with an extremely rude and condescending attitude to my simple question. Lived here 6yrs and the last year was over ran with cockroaches. When we moved we had to throw away all of our furniture. I mean there were hundreds of bugs. They wouldn't put spray notices on my door but would others and I have video of that due to my doorbell camera. When I would tell them we needed it sprayed they would say they're sending someone and wouldn't. When they would spray they only sprayed the kitchen and bathroom. They over charge on water, trash, and sewage for everyone. My Bill this month is $150. Don't fix anything when you put in maintenance requests. Or it don't get fixed right. Not enough washers to go around for everyone. No doggie poop bags out. Im tired of having to step around dog poop. Its not maintenance job to pick up dog poop. Its the owners. My terrible experience can be summed up in these categories: Health and safety, deceptive pricing, unsafe conditions, negligent management. Health and safety: The courtyard is scattered with dog poop. When the snow melts in the winter, the water collects the dog poop into disgusting piles. During the winter, I could smell my neighbors smoking drugs and cigarettes because the ventilation system between units are connected together.
