This is by far the worst apartments in Elk City oklahoma. They flooded every time it rained. And managers refused to help. Don't waste your time. Apartments are not in good shape.
Not a place I would recommend. There have been multiple new owners who don't know what they're doing and maintenance cut our water off Christmas Eve and it's still not on. If you see this place, RUN!!!
They don't even fix the residents heat and air when they go out
